Sometimes, Rental Guardian will reach out and ask us to ban someone from DP. We'll want to confirm with them if the user can keep any of the policies that were already purchased for future bookings.
To ban them, go to the SA and click on Setup > Remove DP:
You should get a pop-up to insert the reason (you can enter the reason Rental Guardian is banning them), and there will be a box to check on whether or not you want to remove it from future bookings. If Rental Guardian says that they can keep the existing policies, leave it unchecked. Otherwise, if you check it, it should remove it from all future bookings:
This won't add the DP Banned tag automatically. To add it, go to their SA and click on Security > Ban DP
